Birdwatching hotspot: Fallison Lake Trail

This hilly trail surrounds Fallison lake offering spectacular lake views with a picnic area half way around the lake and takes you through a variety of tree species. Look for eagles, loons and even the occasional osprey. This trail is one of the most beautiful in the Northwoods. Booklets on wildlife, flora and trail history are available from the DNR Crystal Lake Ranger Station. No pets please.
Length: .5, 1.0, 2.0 and 2.5 miles loops
Location: From Boulder Junction, continue south on County Hwy M approximately 9 miles. Turn east on Hwy N. Trailhead is found across from Crystal Lake Campground on Hwy N.
