STRONG BODIES (formerly Strong Women/Strong Bones) Barb Boston is a certified instructor and invites anyone interested in becoming or staying fit, strong, and healthy to join her in this worldwide program that was developed at Tufts University in Massachusetts. Both men and women are encouraged to participate. Participants can expect to: increase muscle mass and strength, improve bone density and reduce risk of osteoporosis and related fractures, reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity, and improve self-confidence
