Exercise to music at the Acorn Lodge pool in beautiful downtown Boulder Junction. This class provides aerobic and pilates exercise, improves balance and posture, and also helps increase range of motion. If you have any health concerns about participating, please contact your physician. A room is provided for changing. Please bring a towel. There is a limit of 12/class.
