LOLA Arts is excited to announce they are hosting a free Beading Foundations Group. Interested in exploring the gorgeous (and tedious!, perfect for winter!) art of beading? Join local artist Tom Strobel, a Land O’ Lakes resident who makes and sells beadwork, as he guides participants at their own pace through the whole process. All levels of beading experience are welcomed. Not only is it free to attend, but LOLA is supplying ALL materials and serving refreshments. This drop-in opportunity is being held Fridays, Nov 18, Dec 2, and Dec 9 from 1-3pm, to start to gauge interest. Land O’ Lakes resident Tom Strobel makes and sells beadwork, baskets, spirit staffs, moccasins, necklaces, and war clubs.
