Fundamentals of Ice Fishing

Have you ever wanted to learn how to ice fish, but didn’t know where to begin? Join local enthusiasts who will have all the fundamental gear and knowledge to get you started. This is a great opportunity for family fun, and kids are more than welcome to participate. Community members will learn on the lake while getting a unique hands on experience. Topics covered will include ice safety, drilling holes, essential gear, and multispecies tips and techniques shown live to help you get into this popular pastime!

Time: 2:00-4:00 pm (may go longer if the fish are biting)

Cost: Free to the public

Location: Clear Lake (will meet at North Lakeland School parking lot at 1:45 pm)
