The HireUP Series was created as an opportunity for business owners and managers to learn about ways to succeed in today’s uncertain economic climate.
Join Nicolet College business instructors Lorelee Hood, Molly Gruett, and Niina Baum as they present an interactive and engaging workshop to strategically navigate our ever-changing workforce, specifically addressing the worker shortage, employee retention, and workplace efficiencies. Business Management/Entrepreneurship instructor Lorelee will focus on investing in your current employees. Administrative Professional/ Business Management instructor Molly will focus on maximizing time and resources with the employees you currently have by leveraging technology and process improvement. Digital Marketing instructor/Learning Technology and Communication Specialist Niina will take these concepts a step further. She will focus on the need for digital marketing for employee branding, social media employee recruitment, and the power of video with employee testimonials.
