Men’s Yoga at the MAC

This is a basic yoga class designed especially for men and will provide beginner level instruction in order to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. The purpose of this class is to help men work with tightness in the body, particularly hips, hamstrings, and shoulders that often lead to injury. No pretzel poses! Many men find this class calming, resulting in better sleep and a more thoughtful response to challenges “off the mat”.
