Movie Matinee: The Secret of NIMH

The Boulder Junction Public Library invites you to attend Movie Matinees this winter. Movies will be shown on select Tuesdays with discussion to follow. All movies are FREE to the public and will be shown on the big screen in the Boulder Lake meeting room in the Boulder Junction Community Center. Complimentary fresh-popped popcorn from Mad Dog Jakes and lemonade will be served.
Movie Matinee for Tuesday, February 28 at 5 pm is the 1982 animated classic, The Secret of NIMH. Director Don Bluth’s first full-length animated picture is an unforgettable beautifully made drama about a widowed mouse’s determination to save her family. Full of magic, mystery and the comic relief of Dom DeLuise, this picture is a classic. The cast of voices includes Derek Jacobi, Elizabeth Hartman, Arthur Malet, Dom DeLuise, and Paul Shenar. The movie is rated G and is 82 minutes in length.
