On July 12th, we welcome Bret & Frisk to the Peeple’s Park stage.
For over 30 years Bret and Frisk have been performing and celebrating the great music from the epic acoustic soloists and groups with a message such as Crosby, Stills Nash & Young, John Denver, Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, John Prine, America, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sarah McLachlan, Fleetwood Mac, Neil Young, Elton John, Jerry Jeff Walker, Patsy Cline, Gordon Lightfoot, Marshall Tucker Band, Elvis Presley, Jim Croce, Dan Fogelberg, Johnny Cash & June, Kris Kristofferson, Willy Nelson, Jewel, Indigo Girls, The Everly Brothers, Warren Haynes, Cat Stevens, Adele, Jefferson Airplane, The Grateful Dead, and so many more! Hailed as a premier acoustic duo in their home state of Wisconsin, Bret & Frisk have over 500 memorized songs in their repertoire and are strictly 2 vocals, 12-string acoustic guitar, keyboard, harmonica and handheld percussion based. No drum machines, looping or extra electronics. 100% stripped down acoustic show that has entertained thousands over their 30-year career. The event location has a grassy area for sitting or dancing. There are a limited amount of picnic tables and benches available. It is highly recommended that you bring lawn chairs or a blanket with you. Carry-ins are permitted. Restrooms are available. In case of inclement weather, this event will be canceled.
