Join Rustic Roots for a morning of reflection, relaxation, and movement on December 29th!
Start the morning at the MAC with some warm holiday drinks and a grounding meditation. Stick around for a slow and stretchy flow, suitable for all levels! After a light snack, the group will move into a workshop focused on reflection/preparation surrounding the New Year — as well as creating healthy & consistent journaling habits. Enjoy a delicious & nutritious homemade lunch after the workshop. Finally, round out your morning with some breath work practice and restful meditation. Enjoy your holiday season!
