Nibbles n Knowledge: Trumpeters of the Turtle-Flambeau

Learn about the biology, behavior, habitat, and migration of trumpeter swans of the Turtle Flambeau Flowage Scenic Waters property. Talk with Iron County’s wildlife biologist, Jenna Malinowski, about local and statewide trumpeter swan populations and the latest research regarding them. Discover the impacts swans have on their ecosystem and what citizens can do to get involved. Join us for an evening of delicious nibbles and expanding your knowledge.
We will serve light appetizers and have a cash bar from 5 – 6 pm, program will run 6 – 7 pm. Registration required by 7/5.
Program held at the North Lakeland Discovery Center Main Lodge. $17 ($14 members) $20 at the door.
