Pop Up Plein Air February

Join LOLA’s McCall for a pop-up “plein air painting” half day workshop. Learn the basics of landscape oil painting while you create a winter landscape of your own style. Plein air means painting outdoors, however, we will be using the big, beautiful gallery space in the LOLA building, using photo and painting references instead of braving the cold. Using water based oil paints, it’s a great beginner/intermediate course. No experience necessary. All supplies and materials will be provided.

Participants should wear painting clothes (paint will stain fabrics) and bring any beverages or lunch /snacks you may need for four hours of painting.
