Qigong at the MAC

Qigong is one of the oldest forms of exercise known in the world. It is a mind-body-spirit practice that integrates posture, movement, breathing, balance, and focused intent. This class helps to calm the body and reduce stress. Let this class be a personal journey of self discovery and health. All levels welcome.
This class will be held outdoors, weather permitting so please dress appropriately.
