Saving and Restoring Whites in Watercolor at Marywood Franciscan Spirituality Center

This week of watercolor we will concentrate on a number of ways to keep whites and lights in watercolor paintings. Because of the transparency of watercolor, learning to do this can greatly enhance paintings and create a luminous feel to the painting. We will also use white from other media to work with watercolor paints to lighten or restore some white. Bring watercolors, 1/2 sheets of 140# watercolor cold press paper and watercolor supplies.

Bring a lunch and related photos for each day if you are not registered for the week and in a cabin. $45 per day of $200 for the week.
