The Boulder Junction Public Library Winter Wellness Series “How to Transform Your Top 3 Energy Draining Mistakes into Powerful Daily Rituals” with Kathryn Young, Health & Wellness Coach
Looking for ways to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions? The Boulder Junction Public Library is offering a series of FREE informational presentations to help patrons learn ways to support their health and wellness this winter -and all year long.
Join us on Tuesday, January 21 from 2:30-3:30pm for “How to Transform Your Top Energy Draining Mistakes into Powerful Daily Rituals” with Kathryn Young, Health & Wellness Coach. In today’s busy world, many people experience ups and downs in their energy levels throughout the day which leaves them feeling tired, stressed out, and irritable. There just doesn’t ever seem to be enough time to get it all done. But what if the solution wasn’t to get more time in the day? What if the solution was to increase energy? What if the solution was to increase productivity and focus? Could that change how each day was approached?
Participants will learn three easy ways to increase their energy without caffeine or sugary comfort foods; how to implement powerful daily rituals that will move them towards increasing their energy, concentration, and focus; and enhance their productivity throughout the day whether at home or work. Kathryn is a Health & Wellness Coach serving busy men and women who struggle with having enough time in their day. She helps them to double their energy naturally to be more productive and create time for those important things in life. Kathryn has earned health, life, and mastery coaching certifications through the Health Coach Institute. Her experience includes 12 years of executive level positions in accounting and 23 years in the United States Air Force. These programs are free and open to the public. Registration is not required but would be appreciated. Refreshments will be served. For more information or to register, please call the library at 715-385-2050.
