Online Registration:  This link will take you directly to the online registration which opens October 1, 2017 and closes May 17, 2018.  Walk-in registrations will be allowed at Packet Pick-up on, Friday, May 18, 2018.  There will be NO registrations on the morning of the race! 

Divisions and Awards:
White Deer Triathlon medals will be awarded to the top two males and females in each of the following age categories: 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Top award plaques to the top male, female overall.
Teams consisting of male/male, female/female and co-ed will be awarded runner-up medals overall with top award plaques going to the best time overall in each of those divisions.
The relay division awards will be plaques to the top team members overall.

Registration Fee
Early Bird – October 1 thru December 31, 2017: $75 individual or 2 person team individuals or $165 3-person relay team.

Standard Rate – January 1 thru May 18: $85 individual and per member of 2-person teams or $180 3-person relay team.

Walk-In Registrations – Available at Packet Pick-up between 5pm-8:30pm on May 18th:  $85 individual and each member of the 2-person teams or $180 3-person relay team.

Registration Info:
No refunds will be given for any reason including race cancellation.
Proof of registration will be emailed. Signed waivers are required and separate registrations for every participant.
If you are registering as a 3-Person Relay Team, the captain will register and pay for the entire fee; however, each participant of the relay must sign a separate waiver at check-in on Friday evening when they pick up their packet.

Equipment Reminder:  It is assumed that you will have your own equipment; however, equipment will be available for a fee at the following local business: LIMITED Rentals:

WAIVER – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING: In consideration of the acceptance of my application for the entry in the White Deer Triathlon, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all rights or claims for damages for death, person injury, property damage or any other actions, which I (my heirs, executors and administrators) may have, which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of my participation in said event. This release is intended to discharge in advance the promoters, the sponsors, the land owners, the Volunteers, Camp Manito-wish YMCA or other business entities involved in hosting any part of the triathlon and any involved municipalities (Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Boulder Junction, or any of their officers, members, sponsors, agents, or representatives), or other public entities (and their respective agents and employees), from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in said event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person (s) or entities mentioned above or arising out of traveling to, participating in or returning from the White Deer Triathlon. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during triathlon events and that as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks of triathlon events, nevertheless I hereby agree to assume those risks, and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I have also read and understand the rules and regulations set forth by the White Deer Triathlon and understand failure to follow the rules/regulations will result in disqualification. I consider myself adequately trained for this event. I further agree that I have read and will comply with the online rules, course descriptions and other criteria of this event. For relay teams, the captain signs on behalf of the team that the team will abide by the rules and regulations of this event. Each team member must sign the waiver before participating in the event. These waivers will be available at the Check-in/Packet pick-up on Friday night. In the event of an emergency, I hereby consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during the event. This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law. I grant the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce permission to contact me via email with future information regarding this and other Boulder Junction events and promotions. By registering in this event, your email will be shared with other regional triathlon partners. I grant permission to the event organizers of the Boulder Junction White Deer Triathlon to use my name, image, and photographs, videos, or any other record of my participation in the event for race commercial purposes including but not limited to newspaper, website, brochures, fliers, radio, and television. I hereby certify that I have read this document and I understand its content.
