Tying the Land and Water with Bill Sherer’s We Tie It Fly Shop

Come have a brew and enjoy the camaraderie of those who love to fish in northern
Wisconsin. On Monday, March 23rd from 4 to 7 PM representatives from the Wisconsin
River Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Northwoods Land Trust, and Bill Sherer’s We
Tie It Fly Shop will be on hand to demonstrate fly tying patterns and assist new fly tyers
with a creation of their own. For seasoned fly tyers, join the fun, and show others your
favorite design. Bill Sherer of We Tie It Fly Shop will supply vises and materials, or you
may bring your own.
The event host, the Boulder Junction Brewing Company, located at 10351 Main Street
in Boulder Junction, will offer a pint glass to anyone who comes in and ties a fly. They
also have a promotion through their mobile app for a free pint of beer to anyone who
downloads the app and sets up an account, so anyone new to the establishment can
get a free pint to drink as well. Get the app through a link at bottom of the homepage at

This casual, walk-in event is free and open to the public. Anyone is welcome to stop in,
socialize, and learn about the sponsoring organizations and businesses during the
