Discovery Center– Snowshoe Expedition: Nature’s Valentine at Frog Lake with John Bates and Mary Burns

Frog Lake and Pines SNA encompasses 1,176 acres, and features Frog Lake, a 42-acre undisturbed wilderness lake. The SNA supports a beautiful old-growth northern pine forest set within lowlands bordering the Manitowish River. We’ll snowshoe 2 miles total on an out-and-back trail, but we’ll also have hot chocolate, wine, cookies and cheese and crackers by a campfire at a campsite along the river!
When: February 14, 2024 10am-1pm

Admission: $50/member with or without snowshoes, $60/non-member, $65/non-member plus snowshoes *register by 2/12/24*
