North Lakeland Discovery Center: Sustainable Living- Sourdough 101, Caring for your starter

Join Jamie to learn the basics of sourdough. All participants will receive their own sourdough starter and flour, recipes to use for discard, a basic sourdough recipe, and an introduction on how to prepare to bake your first sourdough loaf.

Pre-registration required by 4/6/24.  We will meet in the kitchen at the Discovery Center.  Tuesday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  $22/Non-Member and $18/Member.
