North Lakeland Discovery Center: Sustainable Living- Sourdough 102, Baking Bread

Return from Sourdough 101 to join Jamie in learning the different stages of preparing your best sourdough loaf and to make a waxed bread bag. Practice makes perfect. Sourdough in its many different stages from starter to cooked bread will be shared for demonstration. Together, all participants will get to make a waxed bread bag to take home. Sourdough 101 is encouraged but not required to participate in this workshop.

Pre-registration required by 4/13/24.  We will meet in the kitchen at the Discovery Center.  Tuesday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  $22/Non-Member and $18/Member.
