My Boulder Junction roots go back to 1953 when visiting my grandparents. Jim Tait Real Estate is a family owned business that started in 1974 and I moved to Boulder Junction in 1989. I have enjoyed many outdoor activities including but not limited to hunting, canoeing, sailing, fishing, hiking, motor biking and gathering around the campfire enjoying conversations with family, friends and my two Labradors (Sly and Q). Outdoor recreation is top of this list in Boulder Junction and so are the residents and visitors. I have enjoyed traveling the world, but Boulder Junction has the most friendly and sincere town people you could ever find. Between fine people you can count on and living in such a beautiful area full of recreational opportunities, why would you choose any other place to call home?
