I like being apart of the community, helping other businesses thrive and survive in Boulder Junction. The thing I have found the most rewarding is working with the kids, the teenagers that come in and work for us during the summertime. You are giving them their first experience with a job, their first opportunity to take responsibility for things and to make money. It's really nice seeing that and being a part of it.
