Great Snowshoeing Route: North Lakeland Discovery Center Trails

Enjoy serene and secluded trails around Statehouse Lake and along the Manitowish River. Easy/beginner and intermediate loops wind through new growth & old forest, along bog and shoreline. Snowshoes are on-site and available to rent at the Main Lodge during operating hours (Mon.-Sat. 9am-4pm). Free to members of North Lakeland Discovery Center of $5 to non-members.
Length: Various lengths from .7-mile to 3.2-mile
Location: From Boulder Junction, follow Hwy K west, to Hwy W. South on Hwy W approximately 2 miles to the North Lakeland Discovery Center.
