Cross-Country Trail Spotlight: WinMan Trails

Spanning 1,300 acres of private and public land, this trail system offers trails for beginner-level skiers up to advance skiers. Located on the Winegar Moraine, a unique geological feature left behind by glaciers 10,000 years ago, this trail systems has many rolling hills to practice your herring bone and wedge skills. Trails range in length and some trails even allow dogs! Stop by the cozy chalet to warm up before or after your hit the trails.

Length: 22k (both classic and skate loops) with an additional 2.9k back-country trail

Location: From Boulder Junction, follow Hwy K west, to Hwy W. North on Hwy W approximately 2 miles to the trailhead.
