LOLA Arts– Stained Glass Heart Spinner

Learn the copper foil method of stained glass while creating a light catching heart spinner, just in time for Valentines Day. Go through the whole process of cutting glass, grinding, and piecing together with solder, step-by-step with Patty. Choose your own colors and come home with a project the same day. Students should bring lunch or something to eat during break.
*The soddering on this 3D spinner may be quite tricky, so soddering experience, though not required, is recommended.
Students should wear glasses/safety glasses and an N95 mask while cutting and grinding glass. LOLA will provide clear face shields and N95 masks, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer. Long hair should be pulled back and refrain from wearing dangly jewelry.
