Boulder Junction is a place with a lot of fantastic cycling options. Enjoy paved trails that wind through the forest, or tackle some single-track mountain biking if you’re up for more of a challenge.

Here are a few trails perfect for a cycling adventure.

Heart of Vilas Trail – if you feel like a long ride you can take this beautiful paved trail all the way to St. Germain.

Lumberjack Trail – Enjoy 12 miles of the best mountain biking in northern Wisconsin.

Crystal Lake Trail – This trail is paved trail – perfect for riders of all ages.

Nichols Beach Trail – Pedal your way from downtown Boulder Junction for three miles to Nichols Lake to take in the scenery.
